Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private iwPortal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at iwkautism.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Izaak Walton Killam Health Centre and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Izaak Walton Killam Health Centre, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by Izaak Walton Killam Health Centre.
